Smarty Pants Consignment has a large Britax car seat especially made for special needs children up to 90 lbs. They are over $700.00 new our price is $199.00.
I am searching for ideas for a client of mine. He is a 5 yr old boy with CP. His mother is trying to find a way to keep him secure in his twin bed at night. He is a squirmmer and can wriggle his way out of the bed in his sleep. Mother needs the bed to be off the ground because she is having issues with her back. Any leads to an eleveated bed with full rails and how to find funding for the purchase would be greatly apprecaited.
Thank-you

Thanks for contacting UCP, we don’t have any programs currently, however if you go to http://www.azatexchange.org you may find one there. Or contact that same agency for their loan program for assistive technology http://www.azlat.org/.
Hope this helps; feel free to give us a call if you have anymore questions.
