Circle K

Without the assistance of our corporate sponsors much of our specialized work would not be possible.  Our longstanding relationship with Circle K is unique and unparalleled.  Over 3,000 Circle K service, management, and leadership employees in Arizona dedicate themselves to our mission annually.  They give of their personal time, money, and most creative fundraising abilities to increase contribution levels year over year.

The Arizona Region of Circle K raised over $2.5 million for UCP through in-store promotions, coin canister collections, golf tournaments, and other annual fundraising events.  This support has meant that comprehensive services have been provided to individuals that would otherwise not be served.  It has allowed us to expand our service agenda to meet the ongoing needs of our consumers and has encouraged countless children and adults to recognize and realize the possibilities of independence and self sufficiency through our programs.

Circle K has created a link in the community that would not otherwise exist; they have allowed UCP to be on the minds of every customer that goes through Circle K doors on a daily basis.  The employees and business partners of Circle K have become valuable community advocates for the work of UCP and their continuous commitment to our agency has become an unparalleled example of what true community collaboration means.

Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart continues to be our presenting sponsor of our annual Bondurant Cup.  They have sponsored the event for the past five years and have consistently encouraged their employees and business partners to participate in the Cup and other UCP sponsored events.

Salt River Project

UCP is a recipient of funds raised through the Salt River Project (SRP) Employee Boosters Campaign.  The SRP Booster Association allows employees to donate through payroll deductions throughout the year, or as a one time payment, to nonprofit organization throughout the Valley.  In 2008, UCP received nearly $11,000 for our programs and services from SRP employees through the Booster Association.

Community Health Charities

As a member partner of Community Health Charities (CHC) of Arizona, UCP receives donations from employees of various corporations throughout the Valley that have selected our programs as the recipient of their payroll deduction gifts.  The mission of Community Health Charities of Arizona is to enhance the operations, programs, and services of its member health-related charities through access to workplace giving and to provide employees at work sites access to the full range of information, services and referrals provided by member charities, in order to improve the health and well-being of employees and to encourage community involvement.

Employee Services Management (ESM) Association

As a participant in the Employee Services Management (EMS) Association, UCP networks with various Valley employers for the purpose of building meaningful partnerships.  ESM membership also allows employees of UCP to access various discounts to services, entertainment and travel destinations, as well as locally and nationally recognized retailers.

Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities (AAPPD)

UCP is a proud member of the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities (AAPPD).  AAPPD is a statewide consortium of providers, licensed to deliver services to individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.  Our participation in the association allows us an opportunity to collaborate with other experts in the field of disability services.
